Problems (re)joining a community group

Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask about this, but I'm
encountering an odd error trying to join a community group:

    [unknown participant status]

I think my user may be in an odd state for a few of the groups I joined
before our W3C member application was complete.

I get this visiting: https://www.w3.org/community/interledger/join
I also get it visiting: https://www.w3.org/community/interledger/leave

(I am unable to leave the group)
