Re: Bad formatting on home page for Mailing List

There appears to be an issue across multiple community sites. E.g.
https://www.w3.org/community/payments-commerce-a11y/ also suffers from this
duplication of mailing lists.

BCCing public-web-bluetooth, and sending this to site-comments - which is
the most relevant destination I could find (it is listed at the footer of
these pages).
