Find this line: 2012-12-17   High Resolution Time   Recommendation

Click on "High Resolution Time."

Does this not take you to the wrong version of the document? When I click on it, instead of taking me to the Recommendation, it takes me to a Working Draft.

If so, then fix this when you have some time. Thanks.
