https://www.w3.org/ns/oa content-negotiates to HTML, Turtle, RDF etc. However the HTML also links to versions like https://www.w3.org/ns/oa/oa.rdf and https://www.w3.org/ns/oa/oa.ttl - but from a browser these files ALSO content-negotiate and return the same HTML.
