Hi Michael,

Not sure who to send this to (if you could point me in the right 
direction that’d be great).

https://www.w3.org/Consortium/ contains a link titled “Is W3C sending me 
spam?”. I laughed when I saw it, but it doesn’t go any place that 
exists; should be removed.
