Broken URL in SMIL 1.0 specification

Hi there,

The SMIL 1.0 spec here:

<http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-smil-19980615/>

contains the usual link to the "Latest version" which points here:

<http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-smil/>

but that URL gets a 404.
