Setting up polls in new Community Group

Hello all,

I can't seem to find this function in the Wordpress Dashboard.

How do I setup a new poll? This is for http://www.w3.org/community/htacg/

I've nominated myself as Chair thinking that this might activate some sort
of Wordpress plugin, but no-go.

I'd kind of like to use the functionality to help, among other things,
select a Chair from the participants.
