Hi,

There's currently a redirect loop on w3.org that one encounters when 
trying to join a CG:

https://www.w3.org/community/credentials/join => 
http://www.w3.org/community/credentials/join => 
https://www.w3.org/community/credentials/join => ...

Can someone look into this issue?
