Broken link for "Subscribing" on Mail/Request page

In the navigation links at the top of this page...
  http://www.w3.org/Mail/Request
...the "Subscribing" link is broken.

If you hover over that "subscribing" link (or click it), you'll see
that it's a link to:
  http://www.w3.org/Mail/Request#addr
which is the same as the "changing your address" link.

Really, it wants to link to
 http://www.w3.org/Mail/Request#subscribe


The page source has:
  <a href="#addr">subscribing</a>
It just needs s/#addr/#subscribe/ there.
