Unable to update W3C profile due to my name

Hello,

After receiving the notice to update my password I did so, and it made me
realize my profile was out of date so I tried to update it.  However, the
site is not allowing me to do so because my 'Given Name' field is blank.
 All of the profile edit forms return an error due to this, and there
doesn't seem to be a way for me to provide any given name to correct it.

The issue is that I don't have a given name.  I have a mononym - my name is
just MegaZone.  That's currently in the system, but it looks like the site
was updated at some point to require two names.

My standard work around for this is to put 'Mr' in the given (first) name
field, so my full name ends up as "Mr MegaZone".  This is what I use
everywhere else I'm required to provide two names.  If someone could insert
'Mr' into my given name field in your DB I should be able to edit the rest
of my profile.
