validation and badges

Hello w3c,

I started to put validation badges on my web site to let my visitors know  
about it's conformance to the web standards, but the validation results  
page doesn't tell/teach anything (to a non-techie) about the web standards  
or web neutrality, only the technical stuff.

I think it would be more proper to have the validation results pages more  
oriented to the general public by adding a paragraph on this topic.
