access denied on http://www.w3.org/2006/03/wn/wn20/schema/

Dear webmaster,

I noticed that I get an access denied error [1] on the page http://www.w3.org/2006/03/wn/wn20/schema/

I understand your delay policy on popular DTDs and schemas, so I  
expected a delay, not an access denied error.
Is this access error also part of that policy? If yes, what do you  
recommend people that need the schema file?
