On page - http://www.w3.org/community/about/faq/, the Final Specification Agreement link is broken: Are Community and Business Group specifications W3C standards? No. However, the W3C Community Contributor License Agreement (CLA)<http://www.w3.org/community/about/agreements/cla/> and W3C Community Final Specification Agreement<http://www.w3.org/community/about/faq/W3C%20Community%20Final%20Specification%20Agreement> are designed to facilitate transition to the W3C Recommendation Track for standards development. The Final Specification link is actually - http://www.w3.org/community/about/agreements/final/ ?
