Cannot create poll in 'ppl' Community Group from Tony Graham on 2012-03-26 (site-comments@w3.org from March 2012)

I have tried twice to create a poll in the WordPress for the 'ppl'
Community Group, but both times I got an error message for the question
and for each answer and no poll.

Any ideas?
