Unable to unsubsribe from the public e-mail list

Hi,

I have tried several times to unsubscribe from the
public-egov-ig@w3.org-list following the how-to from here:
http://www.w3.org/Mail/Request

Either I am too stupid to understand what to do or then the system doesn't
work as it is supposed to. I did receive the following confirmation request
and I did reply to that with the Subject string:        CONFIRM u1413022031

After that I got from the address:  list-help@listhub.w3.org  a message
that seemed more like a welcome message to the list and I keep receiving
postings from the public egov ig -list. The "welcome message" started like
this:
