HTML5 Logo Usage

Hello!

I'm a web design and front-end developer and would like to develop an HTML5 reference iPhone app to help educate and spread the use of HTML5.

Can I use the HTML5 logo for my app? There will probably be a small cost for the app to make up for my time spent. I'm unsure of how exactly the creative commons license works.
