Hi there, my name is Ignacio Serrano and I'm graphic designer at Anaya Multimedia Editorial (which is part of Anaya Publishing Group, Spain). I'm responsible for the book covers we are publishing and currently we will publish a book about HTML5 in spanish. I've seen the new HTML5 logo and I would like to know if we could use it for the main cover of the book. Since I've read the license conditions and they say that everybody can use the logo for its own purposes, I thought I could use it for the cover. As a graphic designer I find the new logo just amazing. However, I'm afraid that using the logo for commercial purposes could infringe some of the conditions observed at the creative commons license. Therefore, I would like to be sure about this issue before I finally decide to use the logo. If you require more information about the book or our company, do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you.
