Question about the logo HTML5 and using it on tshirts

Hi,

I have read on Your site (http://www.w3.org/html/logo/faq.html) that you agree on putting the HTML5 logo on tshirts.
But I have a one question: can I use the logo on tshirts and sell them via the Internet?
I sell different tshirts by my webpage: http://momneta.pl and I plan a new collection of tshirts.
I have come up with an idea that I will sell tshirts with the logo of HTML5 - future of the Internet.
