Dear Webmaster of the w3 site
Hello, I am a student taking an INST class.. We are using the CIW Site  
Development Foundations: Academic Student Guide CIW v5 Foundations  
Series book in order to learn about developing and creating our own  
websites. The URL they give in the book that is causing an error is www.w3.org/TR/htm14 
.. When typed in, you get a Error 404 message.
