Hi
Since last Thursday, 2010/10/28, we all of a sudden gets "403  
Forbidden Request forbidden by administrative rules."
when loading the xhtml document enclosed. Any ideas? Trying to browse  
the dtd-url gives the same result from any computer.
The environment is ..Net 2.0, IE8, Win XP or Win2003 server.
