Unwritten pages

Dear W3C,

I have recently discovered that many of your pages were never written. 
Please inspect these pages to see what can be done:

- http://www.w3.org/standards/webofservices/data
- http://www.w3.org/standards/webofservices/protocols
- http://www.w3.org/standards/agents/browsers
- http://www.w3.org/standards/agents/authoring

These pages have little to no information on them. Most of their content 
is "...explaination..." which isn't very informative.
