"W3C CSS brag icon" link problem?

Hi,
When I follow this link attached to your "W3C CSS brag icon":

I reach a page that states:

Some Headers, mandatory for this resource, are missing.
Referer

I'd like to post your brag icon on my pages that pass your CSS  
validation but am confused by the link.
