no country list on http://www.w3.org/Consortium/fees under certain browsers

Viewing http://www.w3.org/Consortium/fees with Mozilla 5.0 [1], I see
no country list nor start quarter lists.  (I deduced from the context that
I should have seen a country list but I had no idea there was a starting
quarter list until I used a different browser).
