Hi IE Version 6.0.2900.2180 Service Pack 2 OS Microsoft xp professional version 2002 Resolution: 1280*1024 Microsoft...CSS no doubt the culprit. I'm getting a horizontal scroll bar. The header navigation and search fields appear to take up too much vertical space. The search fields are partially off screen. I can't resize the text via View > Text size Pale blue font color on right hand side of home page is somewhat difficult to read - a better contrast is necessary perhaps. "Permalink" tool tip - never heard that term so getting nervous that I should know it after 15 years in the biz. It does not trigger a spawned window which is how I interpreted the icon. That other links on the page behave in a similar fashion the purpose of the icon and tip is lost on me. Just googled the term. Not sure what the benefit is to a consumer of the content - but obviously valuable information to those wishing to link to the content. The hover behaviour is not consistant within the content area of the page - I'm having to learn the implied meaning (and whether it was intentional or an oversight) - eg no rollover effect is a jump down the page (principles, vision), rollover effect = a link to another page. Different font sizes within the content area - not sure why. (compare the mission statement at the top and remaining paragraphs) ALT=W3C10 Asia - is that an adequate description of the image/link? Left hand nav - fewer links than current page - having to learn a site's new navigation can be frustrating but I am not for a moment suggesting that the new nav bar's entries should be reviewed. Hope this helps - it is an improvement on what is looking like a very dated site - the old colour palette is a dead giveaway - plus it teams with the theme of the HTML validator - nice. Cheers Michael
