This comes-up when working in China on the China Office Community project: somebody who ends-up on http://www.w3.org/ not knowing much more English than the meaning of "Translation" would be lost. ctrl-F Translation would not yield a result. Well googling might be an unfriendly alternative. Having a direct link to the Translation page for the international audience might be good here. Even if Offices provide a list of local translations - as e.g China will do - for many regions there is no Office but translations. Just an idea, Klaus
