Past Working Groups list needed

The Groups list on the beta site only contains active (in-charter) groups. For historical/informative purposes, it can be useful to visit the home pages of past groups (e.g. the Device Independence Working Group, DIWG [2]). Could you add a page of links to these historical groups, to make them easy to find without having to resort to search engines?
