Followed instructions to site -- this older (age 67) has trouble reading some of the 'fine print'.  Yes my e-mail can be distributed and archived -- if you consider it applicable.

As a retired mainframer -- I find many sites that are very clear to regular users not not user friendly to someone totally unfamiliar with it -- such as this time.
