The file served at the URL mentioned above causes parsing errors. The problem is the following sequence of lines (starting with line 30) ---------------------------------------------- --> <!ENTITY % HTML.Version "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" -- Typical usage: ---------------------------------------------- The second line is starting an entity definition that obviously is not terminated by a "<", while the the third line looks like there should start a comment (with a "<"missing)?
