Please remove background color change on hover

http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/ and other pages in this section change the
background color of links upon hover. Please remove this effect; it
makes me feel queasy.

I find it ironic that this effect only seems to occur in the
accessibility section, while it seems to be an accessibility problem.
