Please could you block HTML recognition in ESW wiki comments in 
http://www.w3.org/2001/10/glance/view.

 The ESW wiki is getting badly spam by people putting HTML into the 
comments field (see http://esw.w3.org/topic/RecentChanges). As far as I 
can see this is just to get links from the recent changes aggregate page 
above . There is no legitimate reason why comments on changes need live 
HTML in them.
