Congratulations on the new W3C office in Beijing; I am
sure it is a landmark event in the organisation' s

Of course, because the very power of the internet lies
in the free exchange of ideas, words, and knowledge, I
can not help but wonder what policies the W3C has put
in place to deal with the Chinese government's
restrictions on freedom of _expression, freedom of
conscience, and access to information.
