Working Draft: XML Binding Language (XBL) 2.0
 The Web Application Formats Working Group has released the First
Public
 Working Draft of "XML Binding Language (XBL) 2.0," a technology for
 extending the appearance and behavior of elements in Web formats such
 as HTML. This draft was produced from the XBL 2.0 specification
 developed by the Mozilla Foundation and has now moved to the W3C
