Hi:

I've found a broken link at this URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/references.html#ref-CHARSETS. The URL to get more info about [CHARSETS] (ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/character-sets <ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/character-sets> ) shows no content.
