Site character sets

Hello,

I would like to draw to your attention that part of your site
(http://www.w3.org/XML/Schema) seems to be encoded is a really old
character set (ISO-646). All the rest of the site seems to be in more up
to date character sets. The problem is that our web filtering product
(Clearswift) blocks the site as it no longer has the character set, as
it has be superseded.

Is there any chance of the content being updated as I'm sure there are
probably many other users that the old character set would cause
problems for.
