Suggestions for the CSS validator may be sent care of the 
www-validator-css@w3.org mailing list [1]. The list of known problems 
mentions a language problem with results pages [2]. Maybe in your note 
it would help to specify at what URI you are receiving Dutch (say, at 
[3] or in a results page). Hope this helps.
