After viewing some pages at your site, in JavaScript Console (browser is Firefox v.1-RC2) I can see a message : Security Error: Content at http://www.w3.org/Submission/1996/1/WD-jsss-960822 may not load or link to file:///u/montulli/webroot/projects/client/dogbert/styles.html. Seems to me, that someone has forgot to set a correct source of style, or somewhat like that.
