The page at http://www.w3.org/QA/Tips/goodclassnames doesn't show the dt display quite right in Opera 7.23 (on Linux). Problem summary: the text rises above the background-filled area Experimenting: 1- a top-margin of 0 fixes the text/background alignment 2- removing "display: inline-block;" also fixes the alignment but loses the nice inline width-limit. I suspect (this version of) Opera may have some margin/padding/border calculation problems, as I have also been seeing strange effects of borders disappearing -- especially exaggerated by using Opera's zoom feature at less than "100%". ...jim
