DCMI metadata in www.w3.org

Hi,

currently, the home page uses:

<link rel="schema.DC" href="http://purl.org/dc" />
<meta name="DC.Subject" xml:lang="en" lang="en"
content="W3C, World Wide Web, Web, WWW, Consortium, computer, access,
accessibility, semantic, worldwide, W3, HTML, XML, standard, language,
technology, link, CSS, RDF, XSL, Berners-Lee, Berners, Lee, style sheet,
cascading, schema, XHTML, mobile, SVG, PNG, PICS, DOM, SMIL, MathML, markup,
Amaya, Jigsaw, free, open source, software" />

IMHO, this should either be:

       <link rel="schema.DC" href="http://purl.org/DC/elements/1.0/">

(RFC2731) or

	<link rel="schema.DC" href="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" />

(<http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/metadata/dcmi/dcq-html/> and
<http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-namespace/>).
