Jigsaw as below sends an entity body for HTTP HEAD requests, it must not do so: % http-head http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/ HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized Cache-Control: max-age=31104000 Connection: close Date: Sun, 08 Sep 2002 14:35:57 GMT Content-Length: 1968 Content-Location: http://lists.w3.org:80/Errors/401.html Content-Type: text/html Etag: "1ofub7f:sql517c0" Expires: Wed, 03 Sep 2003 14:35:57 GMT Last-Modified: Fri, 22 Mar 2002 10:15:58 GMT Server: Jigsaw/2.2.0 WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="W3CACL" <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML//EN"> <HTML> <HEAD> <!-- Changed by: Travis Furrer, 15-Jul-1996 --> <TITLE> Error 401 </TITLE> ... regards.
