lists.w3.org request

I'd like to request that the following line be added to mailing list
archives on lists.w3.org:

<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=XXXXXX">

An example:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/1997May/0004.html


Otherwise, I get lots of "?" in my UTF-8 browser... (and I know it's not
the font settings because when I manually set the charset to ISO-9660-1
it works...)
