Broken XML document at w3.org

To whom it may concern:

My browser (Mozilla 1.0) gives an XML parsing error at will not display 
the page at http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/WD-xlink-19980303 , citing an error 
at line 896, col 77, an &mdash; entity.  (Should be "&emdash"?)
