llms to my knowledge don't support the uri space and have limited token
sets, so can't reference what we call an identifier / name currently

also their notion of a subject or thing, doesn't have a fixed identity,
it's superposition graph that changes from one instant/instance to another

I'm unsure if we're saying hooray llms support readable language, or hooray
llms now support that which the semantic web was founded on.
