The mission of the Joint Ontology Workshops (JOWO) series
<https://www.iaoa.org/jowo/> is to join forces of the diverse communities
interested in building, reasoning with, and applying formalized ontologies
in the wide spectrum of information sciences, knowledge representation,
artificial intelligence theory and applications, logic, philosophy,
linguistics, cognitive science, and beyond. JOWO 2026 is the twelfth
edition of the series, and will be held on-site in conjunction with FOIS
2026, during the first days of the conference which will take place
in Vitória, Brazil, from 21st to 25th September 2026.
