CALL FOR PAPERS 12th International Conference on Big-Data-Analytics in Astronomy, Science and Engineering (BASE) November 26 - 28 , 2024 Hybrid conference happening jointly at: University of Aizu, Japan and National Institute of Technology Delhi, India Conference WWW site: http://web-ext.u-aizu.ac.jp/labs/is-ds/BDA2024-Aizu.html Introduction The conference will focus on business data semantics and infrastructure for information management and interchange. The BASE conference series attracts research on data management and user interfaces for scientific computing systems. These themes will be discussed in the context of research on infrastructure facilities, robotics, IoT as well as human resource development in science and engineering. The conference aims at promoting research related to (this list is not exhaustive): * Data sharing (application services) * Software Engineering for Management of Voluminous Data * Data Management for Big Data * Information interchange and management systems for Data Centers * Core technologies for scientific computing * Managing client/middleware/server computing for shareable data * NoSQL Databases * New database query languages for sensor data Systems * Knowledge Annotation and Visualization * Cyber Physical System In this context, particularly welcomed are contributions related to current research activity on: (1) algorithms for collecting, analyzing, and securing data for decision support; (2) integrating advanced technologies for cloud services and dynamic workflow, and supply chain management; (3) approaches and algorithms for automatic data center administration; (4) architectures for simplifying access to, and querying of, diverse information sources; as well as (5) all aspects of data management for, broadly understood, Information Systems. Contributions that report experimental work and results are strongly encouraged. The 12th International Conference on Big-Data-Analytics in Astronomy, Science and Engineering will publish its proceedings (indexed by Scopus) in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. Selected manuscripts will be recommended for publication in "The International Journal of Computational Science and Engineering (IJCSE)". This journal is listed in Web of Science, and the UGC master list of journals in India. Important Dates: Paper Submission deadline: 31 July 2024 Confirmation to authors: 15 September 2024 Camera-ready manuscript: 25 September 2024 Conference dates: 26-28 November 2024 Paper Submission: Authors can submit original full papers through the Microsoft conference management tool (CMT) using the link given below: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/BDAASE2024 The manuscripts (2500-4000 words, 10-15 pages (it is a guideline)) should be submitted. Authors are invited to submit PDF files. Each paper should contain an additional cover page in text form. It must include a short extended abstract in free flow in text format, submitted with the paper by planed submission deadline. The address and e-mail of the authors should be included on the text cover page. The selected full papers will be included for publication in the proceedings to be published after the conference. (All Final submissions must be completed by the Camera ready deadline). Authors are encouraged to include their ORCIDs in the proceedings. Authors must use the Springer Author's Guidelines for the LNCS series.
