CfP: 18th Research Challenges in Information Science RCIS 2024

RCIS 2024 - 18th International Conference on Research Challenges in Information Science 
May 14-17, 2024, Guimarães, Portugal

RCIS aims to bring together scientists, researchers, engineers, and practitioners from a wide range of information science fields and to provide opportunities for knowledge sharing and dissemination. The general areas of interest of the conference are information systems and their engineering, user-oriented approaches, data and information management, enterprise management and engineering, domain-specific IS engineering, data science, information infrastructures, and reflective research and practice.

The special theme of RCIS 2024 is Information Science: Evolution or Revolution?


In addition to the main research track, RCIS 2024 invites submissions to the following tracks: Forum, Tutorials, Journal First, Doctoral Consortium, Research Projects, and Workshops. 
A selection of the best accepted papers of RCIS 2024 will be invited to submit an extended version to the Data & Knowledge Engineering journal.
