Regarding your second question and if this will help you in your mapping
exercise, you can consider the manifestation (although at the end it is up
to your needs and data modeling requirements to decide how you will
implement the mapping/model).

manifestation is the physical embodiment of an expression of a work.  In
order to record something you have to put it on or in some container or
