RDF 1.2 Turtle

I have two questions about RDF 1.2 Turtle -  2.9 Quoted Triples:

 

1) How is  << :employee38 :jobTitle "Assistant Designer" >> :accordingTo :employee22 .   converted to triples?

2) Is  << :A  :connectedTo  :B >> rdf:type :FlangedConnection . valid? It tells that A and B are connected with a flanged connection.

(similarly: << :Jon   :marriedWith  :Dave >> rdf:type :SameSexMarriage . )
