Hi, We made a tool to create the RDF description of a dataset using a simple web form, called [ https://wimmics.github.io/voidmatic/ | Metadatamatic ] . The tool is a website hosted on GitHub. Please send any remarks, improvements, or bug reports to [ https://github.com/Wimmics/voidmatic | its repository ] . As part of the experiments for another project aiming to index endpoints using only SPARQL, available [ https://hal.science/hal-03946680# | here ] , we noticed that very few RDF bases contained their own descriptions. Of the 339 bases taken from the LOD Cloud, LinkedWiki, and other sources, only 33 contained some kind of provenance information and only 10 had a .well-known/void file. To help the effort of describing an RDF base, we offer Metadatamatic to the community. The properties it uses have been chosen according to the choices made in different sources, such as the DCAT standard, the DCAT-AP specification from the European Commission, or the concertation done by the COST KG working group.
