Dear all, DBpedia is again participating in the Google Summer of Code program (GSoC) and now we are looking for contributors who want to share their ideas with us. We got excited with our new ideas, we hope you will get excited too! #What is GSoC? Google Summer of Code is a global program focused on bringing young developers into open source software development. Funds will be given to contributors to work on a specific task. At first open source organizations announce their project ideas and then contributors should contact the mentor organizations they want to work with and write up a project proposal for the summer. After a selection phase, contributors are matched with a specific project and a set of mentors to work on the project during the summer. #Contact If you are a GSoC contributor who would like to apply to our organization, please check our guideline and timeline here: https://www.dbpedia.org/community/gsoc/ <https://www.dbpedia.org/community/gsoc/> Please check our project ideas and get in contact with the DBpedia mentors: https://forum.dbpedia.org/tag/gsoc2022-ideas <https://forum.dbpedia.org/tag/gsoc2022-ideas> Here you can see our call for contributors: https://www.dbpedia.org/blog/gsoc2022/ <https://www.dbpedia.org/blog/gsoc2022/> All the best, Julia on behalf of the DBpedia Association -- DBpedia Association Institute for Applied Informatics e.V.
