Question - interested in PhD opportunities 2021

Does anyone along coastal areas in any country have PhD opportunities for a formal ontologist or knowledge/conceptual modeler with a philosophy degree but interdisciplinary interests and past coursework?
Same question for work options, and funded co-authoring on topics of interest.
